 Infrastructure development and material support programs(IMSPs)

 Outreach supports schools with strategies, material and or funding for their infrastructure Development programs.

Under this banner we offer;

Strategic support

Through our multi-professional framework , we will offer strategic support to schools that are seeking to venture into infrastructure development projects of any sort but lacking capacity and strategy .We will assist with such professional services that schools find taxing at all stages of implementation of their projects as listed below:

• training (Project management)
• project modeling
• model plans,
• surveys
• other technical services

 Material support

We will source and provide materials for development to institutions that in dire need of it. Outreach will meet critical inventory needs of schools especially in rural areas. The support includes the provision of stationery and library materials, I.C.T and furniture materials, and Sports and recreational materials.

 Funding support

Through a grants system for schools’ infrastructure development projects, we will offer funds to deserving schools that have viable infrastructure development projects and have clearly spelt out strategies for transparence and best practices.

Community mobilization support

We will offer to all institutions that wish to engage their communities in the implementation of infrastructure development. We will commit resources to the publicity and or implementation of a set forum based engagements whose mathematics hinge on community response dynamics.

 Skills Development Programs(S.D.Ps)

We support schools with skills development strategies in form of diversified training packages that include but not limited to academic skills support, staff development support, sports development support and support staff development support.

 Academic skills support.

Outreach facilitates and conducts, in broad partnership and consultation with relevant stakeholders, curriculum-based workshops and seminars for students and their subject teachers. These would present discussion platforms for students from various ends of the network that brings them together with their examiners.

We also run an online academic services search engine that is accessible to any user, and assists them with exam and general subject tips with a special thrust on the Zimbabwean case.

Staff Development Support.

Outreach will, in consultation with the Ministry of Education and station heads; identify staff development needs of institutions in their individual respect and recommend, appropriately, a training package relevant to the particular needs. Most of our staff development interventions would be scheduled for school holidays to avoid interruption of the flow of the term’s programming.

Sports development Support.

Under this program, we provide school teams and their trainers with training to enhance their sporting skills. This program will run training facilities in form of coaching clinics, refresher courses and developmental camps, tournament and exchange programs.
